Rest stops at around 10, 30, and 40 mile markers.
No drop club ride for long distance race training. Distances ramping from 30 - 60 miles or more throughout the summer. Bring sufficient nutrition and water for 20 mile intervals. Expect to maintain a pace of 15-18 mph.
Helmet and extra inner tube required for all riders.
Lights are recommended before May and after July.
